With E.ChecksRecurring™ your customers can make fixed recurring payments indefinitely or they can be made against a balance due. These payments can be established using E.ChecksByPhone™ or E.ChecksOnline™. You can also give your customers the option of making a one-time payment or recurring payments right on your web site.

New customers can be added individually and merchants can download their customer databases to our server . The frequency of payments can be annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly. Fill in the appropriate information, click submit and your customers checking account will be automatically drafted for the same amount on a specific day depending on the chosen frequency .

This option lists all customers participating in the recurring payment service. By clicking on the customer number, the following choices are available:

Editing - Any field can be edited and an additional payment can be made.

Payment History - The customer's complete payment history can be reviewed or printed at any time.

The customer database can be searched by customer number or name. A search can be made of all transactions that will be debited on a specified day.

Upon completion of our ACH contract, our E.ChecksRecurring™ service can be ready to use by the next business day!
