E.StatementsOnline™ - Considering the problems with the U.S. Mail, companies are looking for other ways of getting their monthly statements to their customers and then getting paid in a timely manner. Your customer can elect to receive their monthly statement online. After the statement has been reviewed and printed by your customer, why not allow them to pay it online? They can then pay it with a simple click of their mouse. The process is very easy:

Your customer receives an email stating - "to review your statement for the month of ____ for XYZ Company, click on the address below." On this email will be a web address that takes your customer directly to their statement. They can review and print their statement and a number of payment options can be incorporated.

If their banking information is already in your database, they can simply click on the "Process Payment" option at the bottom of the statement.

If their banking information is not in your database, then they can submit their banking information by scrolling down and clicking the "Online Check" option.

The customer can automate all future payments for a specific day after receiving their first statement.
